Matt Arguin, a graduate of the GNB Voc-Tech with extensive experience in the industry, is the proud owner of Southcoast Kitchen Designs.

"Every year, our business grows," he says.

The reason? A customer-centric way of doing business.

"We tend to be more practical. We are sensitive and really listen. We like to think we have a higher level of customer service rather than the typical box store."

The company employs three people who help homeowners realize their dream kitchen. Kitchen designs Southcoast serves people of all Misa Del Este -. Swampscott Orleans - and even all the way to Jamestown, RI "We are willing to go where the customers are," says Arguin.

Much of the work of the company passes before a sale takes place. "We put in a lot of effort before making a sale, and that goes a long way. We try to educate our clients and make sure to select the right product at the right price".

Southcoast Designs Kitchen staff meets personally with customers at home, his presentation with literature about their options in their attempt to redesign their kitchens. Whether it's maple or cherry, stock cabinets or cabinets, the company works with each client to determine what best suits your lifestyle and budget.

Arguin said strives to keep the process as simple as possible, so as not to overwhelm a client.

"We will present three different designs, or three different cabinets to help narrow the choices to not overwhelmed,"
he says.

Over time clients take a trip to a showroom to see all the options in tangible form before embarking on his draft kitchen remodeling.

"All design work and all estimates are free. We will work with customers throughout the time necessary for them to determine exactly what they want," says Arguin, adding that his company is committed to the survival of a contract through the course of a project.

Speaking about the latest trends, says Arguin quartz countertops are popular.

"Many times, you cannot tell the difference between granite and quartz. In the past, as it is manufactured, quartz had a look made without much natural movement, but has come a long way." In addition, "cabinets gray is definitely on," he says.
