A collaborative effort of IKEA, IDEO, Eindhoven University of Technology and the School of Industrial Design at the University of Lund has produced a revolutionary concept, entitled "Concept Kitchen 2025", designed to accommodate the futuristic behavior within the kitchen and the ever-changing design tastes homeowners.
With his newly minted simple solution called 'IKEA Hacka' which comes in the form of a modular frame made of beams and joints, users will have the freedom to build your new IKEA furniture around existing devices, and add a IKEA personal touch to the otherwise conventional aesthetics.
The trick was built to serve dozens of different combinations, and has four different types of joints for connecting various lengths and sizes of beams.
