Switch to Neutral Colours
If you have intention to redecorate your cooking space then, it’s time to change the colours on the walls. When it comes to selecting colours opt for neutral shades instead of deep and rich colours, as they give more comfortable feeling. Grey and beige are two fine neutral colours that will give your kitchen a vibrant look and at the same time you would not get bored with quickly.

Light Up the Kitchen
Once you are done with the paint job then, it’s time for you to light up your kitchen by using mirrors. The mirrors will help you capture the sunlight and by bouncing it around you will be able to brighten your space up. The best way to distribute the light in the kitchen is by hanging a mirror right across the window or at a wall which angles against the window.

Make Changes According to Season
Making changes according to season will also enable you to give a fresh look to your kitchen. For instance, move out some of the furniture from your kitchen in order to get some more free space and airy feel. You can also take out some of the decoration pieces too to have a lighter and breezy feel and do not forget to open those curtains as they will let the sun shine in.

Slipcovers for Chairs
You can also use slipcovers on your chairs to get a soften look and add more flavour to your space. In case of a special event or holiday, try to use special slipcovers that have holiday colours or patters on them. If its summer then, use canvas or white cotton slipcovers on your chair that will add more to your décor.
