Wireless Cooking Plates

Laurence Finnegan and David Barry are the two persons, who have designed futuristic wireless cooking dishes that are part of Lotus wireless cooking system. The system is designed in a way that it can cook various types of meals, as it comprises of a wok, induction plates, a grill and a tepanyaki plate. The Lotus cooking system is powered by resonant induction, while its parts can be charged together or separately. The best part about the wireless cooking plates is that you can wash them with water just like normal plates, which has made it’s cleaning easy as well. On top of it, heat remains limited to the magnetic field of the plate therefore it remains cool all the time and allow people to pick it up safely right after preparing the food.


Touch Screen Refrigerators with RFID Tag Reader

Designer Kim Otto replaced the flat screen on a Siemens’ fridge with his own touch screen panel pc that has a RFID tag reader, which enabled the refrigerator to know what stuff you have put inside it. Thanks to the RFID tag reader which stores the record of every item you have placed in it. That’s not all the smart system on the refrigerator also enables it to suggest you various recipes by searching its recipe database after storing the information of each food item that owner has put in it.



Touchscreen Surface Countertop

If the touch screen refrigerator did not sate your thirst for gadgets, then checkout the countertop especially designed for kitchen with a touchscreen surface. This amazing countertop is known as Sedna_K Italian Kitchen and it was developed by Marti GuixĂ©. The highlight of the touchscreen countertop is that you can send your emails through it or can see the video of the person standing at your front gate without getting out of the cooking area. The touch pad countertop is a part of a unit that has ‘Gold Monolith’ storage unit, ‘Techno Wall’ and a big ‘Working Table’. The Techno Wall is not just an abstract screen, but it also enables users to neatly hide the kitchen appliances.


Kitchen Workstation

The Kitchen Workstation, on the other hand, gives geeks access to their laptops, cell phones, chargers and other gadgets at all times, so they can use them while cooking the food. The workstation will also remain handy for those, who love to cook new dishes every day, as it will enable them to see online recipes. Moreover, they can chat with their friends and family members while cooking food. The workstation is designed by Schulte Design and he had made sure while creating the station that it should be practical and pretty at the same time.
